  • As an experienced entrepreneur who has also worked on a number of small businesses and also previously a business banking manager with a number of major high street in the United Kingdom, which has been in the past few months, I have learned a large amount of business, marketing and customers. In economically difficult times, such as by running at the moment all over the world, most people spend most of their time working in your company to try to keep their heads above water and work very hard, trying to survive. This is 'screwed' completely and thought it's pretty stressful.

  • This could be a complete overhaul of your business systems, marketing, customer acquisition, customer care, sales processes, the real value of your customers as you could include your existing bank customers, reduce costs, overall, is more efficient, what you do. Having researched this area heavily, I found that this is the best way to produce a big business, efficiently and successfully. Some business owners do not know what your revenue, you do not know, have worked their costs, they do not understand cash flow, they do not understand the value of their customers, products or services they offer and the worst of all make the fatal mistake that each company can have the greatest impact on them as a company.
  • Always goes to the new money or new customers. ALWAYS! The reality is that the money in the "list" is! This is your existing customers, "list" and its relationship with the customer. This is one of the most neglected areas I found when searching for companies who are struggling. Search for new customers and new money, neglecting existing customers. The result ..... Wanted their customers to someone else for the service of something cheaper, better go, feel or whatever. Ultimately, feel abandoned by them to find it easy to find a reason. Most business plans or marketing plans, I do not see all the new tools and new customers to speak.
  • Very rarely mention what they already have and sit down and look for ways to take advantage of the customer. I've seen companies take their customers with great success and then there was so much work that can not cope with it! Now is not that nice?
